• Receive and process customer service requests for laser tally operations

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of qualified field personnel

• Prepare job documentation including work orders, technical data sheets, and safety documentation

• Communicate job expectations, requirements, and special instructions to field personnel

• Coordinate staging and preparation of laser tally equipment and materials

• Monitor job progress and maintain communication with field personnel and customers during operations

• Maintain electronic job files and documentation for traceability and record keeping

• Review raw data submitted from field personnel to ensure measurement accuracy and completeness

• Build and verify Laser Tally matrices using field data

• Verify calculations including effective length, makeup loss conversions, and joint descriptions

• Submit finalized Laser Tally reports and matrices to customers and sales personnel

• Maintain records including SPI numbers, running tallies, and tubular asset traceability

• Organize and maintain job documentation within company server systems

• Communicate with field personnel when discrepancies are identified in job data

• Assist with equipment preparation and inventory coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Field Service teams to support job execution

• Occasionally perform laser tally field work when operational needs require

• Knowledge of laser tally operations or tubular inspection processes

• Understanding of tubular descriptions, pipe specifications, and oilfield operations

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel

• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and procedures

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform accurate basic math calculations

• Ability to manage multiple job requests and schedules simultaneously

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass background check and required company screening

• Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements
