Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper execution of all running and maintenance procedures according to OEM and customer requirements.

  • Interpret and verify torque-turn graphs and perform visual thread inspections in accordance with tubular specifications.

  • Conduct ID/OD caliper measurements and utilize laser tally equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy.

  • Maintain 24/7 on-call readiness and coordinate resources for ongoing field operations.

  • Enforce company QHSE policies and ensure safe working conditions at all times.

  • Perform risk assessments, lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings, and exercise Stop Work Authority when required.

  • Document field activities, submit service tickets, and report incidents or operational issues promptly.

  • Mentor new field personnel and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of oilfield experience in casing running or tubular handling operations.

  • Proven leadership experience in field supervision.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to travel and work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in harsh environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of visual thread inspection, torque-turn monitoring, and tubular handling equipment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and train teams effectively.

  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability in dynamic field conditions.

  • Proficient in following written procedures, interpreting specifications, and completing field documentation.

  • Commitment to QHSE excellence and adherence to Superior Performance standards.
