Responsibilities

• Operate laser tally equipment to measure tubular lengths in accordance with OEM and customer specifications

• Perform visual inspection of threads and connections to ensure compliance with specification requirements

• Conduct inside and outside diameter caliper measurements using precision equipment

• Ensure all work adheres to Superior Performance’s QHSE standards and customer-specific requirements

• Participate in pre-job safety meetings and risk assessments

• Maintain accurate and complete job documentation and reporting

• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines at all times

• Exercise Stop Work Authority when an unsafe condition or behavior is observed

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team

• Basic math and measurement competency

• Ability to read and interpret job procedures and OEM specifications

• Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR and background check

• TWIC card required; HUET certification a plus

• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and 24/7 on-call

• Ability to travel and work out of town for extended periods

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in demanding offshore or onshore environments
