ThePowerCoil CTLF is a 500-ton coiled tubing lift frame purpose-built for wireline and coiled tubing operations across deepwater drilling, completion, and intervention campaigns. Engineered around a 1,000,000 lb. string weight capacity, the system provides the strength and operational flexibility required for demanding offshore applications.
Designed for efficient rig-up, component handling, and well-center alignment, the PowerCoil CTLF features a 40,000 lb. hydraulic centerline hoist, 22-inch open lower section, articulating lift sub, and multiple bail pin configurations. The system is certified to API 8C and DNV 2.7-3 lifting requirements

The PowerCoil CTLF is designed to provide more than heavy-lift capacity. Its open-face design, large work window, articulating lift sub, and Power Table give crews greater flexibility when positioning and handling equipment around well center.
The articulating lift sub assists with alignment over well center, while the open lower section and work window accommodatewireline, coiled tubing, and PCE components. Side-lifting capability, contained bail pins, load monitoring, and certified lift design further support safe, controlled rig-up operations.
For coiled tubing operations, the hydraulically rotating Power Table helps maintain alignment with the reel, while its horizontal travel allows the table to slide out of the way for easier tool-string changes. Combined with its vertical travel, this gives crews greater flexibility to position equipment where it is needed throughout the operation
