Shop Foreman

• Strong understanding of shop operations and oilfield equipment handling

• Basic knowledge of visual thread inspection

• Leadership and team supervision skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures

• Basic math skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement)

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass background check and company screening

• Ability to obtain forklift certification

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

This position is based in Broussard, Louisiana and involves working in a shop and yard environment.The role requires:

• Frequent standing, walking, and physical activity

• Lifting up to 50 pounds

• Exposure to outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, noise, and equipment operations

The Shop Foreman must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to safety and operational detail.
