Both the HPDU Power X and Power XC provide:

  • 15,000 psi Pressure Rating - Built to perform in high-pressure applications across deepwater and land-based operations.

  • High Flow Rate Support - Capable of handling up to 18 BPM, making them ideal for high-demand circulation projects.

  • Dual-Side Filtration System - Two high-pressure screen filters (starting at 150 microns) allow one side to filter while the other is cleaned—eliminating downtime during screen changes.

  • Digital Monitoring - Equipped with advanced digital pressure gauges to detect plugging and manage pressure drops in real time, reducing personnel exposure and improving safety.

  • Bypass Functionality - Easily bypass for sand control, chemical sweeps, or screen maintenance—keeping operations flexible and flowing.

  • Double Isolation Valves - Double isolation valves for both screens and the bypass system, to maintain uninterrupted operation even during maintenance
