As a Power Equipment Division Shop Technician at Superior Performance, you play a vital role in keeping our specialized tools and equipment operating at their best. Your work ensures every product meets the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and safety that our clients depend on in demanding environments.
This position calls for strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental practices. From rebuilding and pressure-testing equipment to preparing, delivering, and supporting field operations, you will be central to the success of our PowerWire, PowerXFlow, and HPDU Power Series product lines.

Essential Functions
-
Available on a 24/7 rotation basis to respond to customer/company needs
-
Buff, clean and paint throughout multiple stations
-
Use hand and portable tools safely to prepare equipment
-
Build/rebuild equipment to pressure test
-
Deliver/pick-up equipment as per customer requirements
-
May have to load/unload tools with forklift
-
Understand and consistently adhere to Company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and objectives
-
Follow Company procedures and work instructions to ensure customer requirements are met
-
Attend Company required training and apply learning
-
Assess the risks of your work environment regularly by reviewing risk assessments and adhering to the Hazard identification and Job Safety Analysis programs.

Adhere to the Stop Work Authority Program: It is your responsibility and obligation to stop the work when perceiving an unsafe condition or behavior that could result in an unwanted event.

Understand and adhere to all Superior Performance Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements as well as customer requirements

Report any incidents or any issues to the Operations Manager
