As a Shop Technician at Superior Performance, you will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and supporting the equipment that drives our operations. From performing routine maintenance and rebuilding tools to staging jobs and ensuring equipment is ready for field use, your work directly supports the safety, reliability, and success of our clients.
This role requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to customer needs. Whether you are servicing equipment in the shop, delivering and picking up tools, or supporting field operations on a rotating on-call basis, you will be an essential part of the Superior Performance team.
